التطبيق
التطبيق مجاني، بدون حساب وبدون إعلانات، ويقدمه مطوّر تطبيق جمعيتي.
نقدّم التطبيق «كما هو» ونطوّره باستمرار، وقد نضيف ميزات أو نغيّرها أو نوقفها.
خاص بهذا التطبيق
جمعيتي أداة لتنظيم الجمعية وتتبعها فقط. لا تنقل أي أموال ولا تحتفظ بها ولا تضمن الدفع.
الاتفاق بين أعضاء الجمعية مسؤوليتهم وحدهم، ولسنا طرفاً في أي خلاف بينهم.
القرعة عشوائية ويمكن التحقق من نتيجتها، لكنها لا تُلزم أحداً بشيء لم يتفق عليه الأعضاء.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم التطبيق في أي شيء مخالف للقانون، ولا تحاول تعطيل خوادمنا أو إرسال بيانات مزيفة.
لا ترسل لنا معلومات شخصية عن غيرك.
حدود المسؤولية
في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن أي خسارة أو ضرر ينتج عن استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد على نتائجه. Apple ليست طرفاً في هذه الشروط ولا مسؤولة عن التطبيق أو دعمه.
القانون
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، ما لم تمنحك قوانين بلدك حقوقاً إضافية لا يجوز التنازل عنها.
By using Jam3eety you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The app
The app is free, with no account and no ads, and is provided by the developer of Jam3eety.
We provide the app “as is” and keep improving it; we may add, change or stop features.
Specific to this app
Jam3eety only organises and tracks a savings circle. It never moves, holds or guarantees money.
The agreement between circle members is theirs alone; we are not a party to any dispute.
The draw is random and verifiable, but it does not bind anyone to anything the members did not agree.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for anything unlawful, and do not try to disrupt our servers or send fake data.
Do not send us personal information about other people.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using the app or relying on its results. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, unless the laws of your country give you additional rights that cannot be waived.
